Editing the Registry

Creating, Deleting and Editing Keys and Values

If you need to add, delete or edit a Registry key, you can select it by navigating through the tree in the left-hand panel and selecting the desired operation either from the toolbar or the right-click context menu.

The same can be done with the values of a key. Select the value you'd like to modify from the list in the right-hand panel and add, delete or edit the value either by using the buttons on the toolbar or selecting from the right-click context menu.

To make working with values of various data types (string (REG_SZ), integer (REG_DWORD), etc.) more visual, Reg Organizer uses a system of graphic signs, where each type has a certain icon assigned to it. You can see the icons of the value types in the Conventions tab.
